Has this ever happened to anyone here? I used to wear flats some times, but stopped about five years ago. Now if I try I am not comfortable in them.

so dont wear flat shoues
the passage from flat shoues to high hills make some damages for the foot and the spine in the long terms so you can avoid the falt shoues and try practicing walking in deep send bearfoot to keep you foot flexible for all

My grandmother used to wear heals all the time. After a few years she could not wear flats anymore. The doctor told her that it is because the tendons on the back of your feet/ankles start to shorten after a while. She had to gradually work her way back into flats.
