Put it up on the center stand so the back wheel is off the ground.

Start the bike. Pull in the clutch, and put it in 1st gear. let the clutch out slowly. The bike is now standing there with the back wheel turning.

Hold the oil can spout over the moving chain and spray a steady stream of oil for a short while to make sure the whole chain gets oiled.

Use WD40, works great for those tight places...
