Cosmetic gynecology. Seriously, it's a new fad where I live. Also had a friend whose doctor offered to put an extra stitch in after her episiotomy. She said that worked. Kegals for tone & control.

do kegel exercises....its like when you squeeze your urine out as fast as you can then you stop midstream...then you continually do that however many times a day you want..its very simple you can do it while youre nursing just sitting there watching tv...it strengthens your pelvic floor....good luck...oh and try it during sex...
