Interflora are the most well known company that can send flowers, teddies, champagne etc abroad thats where the inter bit in their name comes from, most larger florists also do this.
I'm not sure how far in advance you have to arrange this altho it shouldn't be too far as it's only going to Europe

I live in Heidelberg Germany, transfer the money into my account and I will try to get her some flowers :-)
Only joking, any good florist will be able to arrange delivery for you. Why not book a flight and bring them over your self. I fly from Stuttgart to Manchester and never pay more than 50 euro!!
