I live in SW Florida and every day on my front screen we find 3 - 4
Wasp looking bugs.Same body as a brown wasp except the coloring is Jet Black with a red tipped tail and white dots on body.
If anyone knows about these , what is it?Do they sting like wasps?
2 of my children are allergic to wasps and need to know about them.
Please help.

Best thing to do is to collect a dead one in a jar and take it to a pest control company, the department of health, or a game and wildlife commission office. They should be able to correctly identify the pest and warn you of any potential hazards to your health.

I honestly don't know but you might wanna research it online or in a book...or take a picture of one and take it to someone who might know...they don't sound very pretty at all, that's for sure...

Hope everything turns out alright...sorry I couldn't really help.
