i do aerobics 2x weekly and walking everyday for 30 min a day.
work front of a computer 6hr, but i do have 10/15min break.

Diet and exercise can usually fix this. Some people find it better to work out in the morning. Some at night. You need to play around with your diet and exercise routine to see what works better. You should try bumping up how much you exercise as well as the intensity level you do it at. If there is no improvement then you could have a medical problem you should seek help for. It could be something as simple as low blood sugar levels. You won't know for sure until you seek help.

Hello,Dear I have experienced quite the same and I know how disturbing and serious is,it afflicts all your life.i will try to give you the exact answer..You need change in your regime, add some supplements etc into your diet and think over taking some medications.Of course, you can visit a doctor,if you choose that,at least find a goof neurologyst. As to your healthy diet, eat more raw food, fruits, vegitables(extremely useful those with leaves, like cabbage, letuce etc.).A real mirracle give the daily intake of fresh juices from carrots, sugar cane, celery. The best natural supplements that "boost" you both phisically and mentally are the Bee Pollen(2-4 teaspoonfuls a day before meals),Sesami oil,Olives, theu contain multiple vital ingredients..I think that you may suffer from a light to medium form of Chronical exhaustion,if so take (it's 100% harmless) ampules of arginine aspartate(such is Sagenor) and is for that condition..Don't push yourself too much!! Wish you good luck!

It could be depression. Fatigue is a big symptom of depression. Have a look at what else is going on in your life. Are you overly stressed right now? It also could be a medical issue such as a minor infection somewhere in your body that is not bad enough to cause other symptoms. Have you been tested for mono? I had it in high school and my only symptoms where a little bit of a sore throat and overwhelming fatigue. No matter what, I would make a doctor's appointment and talk it over with them. They can do the appropriate tests and get to the bottom of it.

Sometimes it's a good idea to visit the doctor, just to rule out medical reasons for fatique. Diabetes is one of many possibilities, but on the other hand your fatigue may be just because your a busy, hard working lady. Not being able to sleep at night has been the topic of many health articles, many of which attritube sleep difficulties with stress. We tend to think we're not under that kind of stress because we get 'used to it' and fail to identify it as such. But....your worry is enough to have a chat with the doctor to at least cover that base. Start eliminating possible causes. First is to consider a medical cause.

have you got enough iron in your diet? lack of iron causes anaemia which means you are always tired. You could try iron tablets or multivitamins fortified with iron, or even increase your intake of spinach, etc. is a good idea to avoid too much tea and coffee anyway.

on the other hand if you cant sleep when you want to it might be something completely different. maybe it is stress as previously suggested. either way it sounds like it would be worth making the time to go to the doctors.

good luck and hope you get your energy back soon.

Instead of water, try the Sobe drinks, they have many flavors and different vitamins without caffeine.. Also you said u work out 2x weekly.. try doing it more often, just a 5-10 minute stretching routine does wonders. I also work at a computer, Sunflower seeds or something to nibble on helps sometimes.

It may be worth having a chat with your doctor just to rule out diabetes, and also depression can lead to some of the symptoms you mentioned.
Like others have said, it may just be stress, but you seem to lead a healthy life, so there is no reason with 8 hours sleep that you still feel tired.

It could well be diabetes.

Another thing you can try is adding more protien to your diet. I don't mean the health food-snack bar things either, though they'll do in a pinch.

Also, try drinking more water: Fatigue has been connected with mild dehydration.

When you sleep, how well are you sleeping? Do you worry a lot before you lay down? That could be interfering too.

Good luck!
