Visit the USPTA's (United States Professional Tennis Association) website by doing the following:

1. In your browser's address (URL) line, type in http://www.uspta.com.

2. When you arrive at he USPTA's Home page, click the "Find-A-Pro" link.

3. On the new page that pops up, click the "Players Find Pros" link which is located in very small print at the very top left of the page.

4. Sequentially, type in a series of Rhode Island zip codes, and then click the button marked "Find A Pro".

5. NOTE: Some of the Tennis Pros have website links you can click to learn more.

Check USTA.com
The united states tennis association runs tournaments nation-wide, and has contacts for local instructors, events, etc.
You don't have to be a member to get contact info. Hope this helps...
