I spend 9 hours at work plus 50 minutes commuting; plus I take an hour for lunch so I can walk and get out of the office. So, I leave home at 6:15 am and get home at 5:30 or 5:45 pm.

I spend 10 hours at work. So I have about three hours free time after I get done cooking my meal.
