In my opinion, Hammer had the better talent. However, as a dj, I have to say that people still love them both. I can play Ice, Ice, Baby or Can't Touch This and I'll get a dance floor full of people.

MC Hammer of course. He was a great entertainer back in the day. Great dancer and he helped others break into the music industry.
What did Vanilla Ice do? Had one hit song and that was it.
MC Hammer was the man.

Well I've met Mc Hammer on several different occasions. He's not my friend or anything but, back in the day, I frequented his concerts. Since both Mc Hammer and Vanilla Ice stole 'samples' of music from different artist, its fitting that you would ask the question with the both of them. Hammertime!!
