Hey, ashok! I'm from India too. Indians have generally protected themselves against American popular culture but recently it has been increasing in India recently. Don't you all the Mc. Donalds in Delhi and Bombay.

At least in India, people do not copy any one in the world. But we accept what is good in terms of values even if it is foreign, like in classical music there is influence of both the west and the middle-east. Ours is an eclectic culture and that is why we assimilate from all directions and make it our own.

get over yourself. the only people that are trying to copy you are brainless morons who lack a sense of identity. if you want to see how much the rest of the world does NOT like americans, get to anywhere where there are a bunch of people watching the world cup. now that the us was eliminated (ha ha sucky team) chances are most people watching are non americans and just listen to see how they deride the silly american commentators who know nothing about the sport.

nobody is copying americans, this is the problem with america your government has brain washed you pple that you are the best in this world, you have everything nice, and this is supposed to make you pple feel good and proud of yourselves, thats why they dont show you any thing nice from other pple, they only show you those copying you, but not all of us doing that, and what do you mean, as in copy in what terms??
