I I know Citibank has the better apy but does anyone know about the other fees that I may possibly be charged.

Citibank has some requirement that you have an online checking account too. Sure they have the highest interest rate right now, but maybe I don't want to have another checking account.

My choice would be Emigrant Direct. They have a 4.80% interest rate and work just like Ing Direct.

I believe that the Citybank one also has no minimum balance requirements. So I personally think that Citi might be the best choice- although you should review their specific fee list to see if there is anything there that directly applies to you that may not affect other answerers to your question.

I have an ING Account, and I like it better just because it is SOOO easy to use, no fuss, no frills....just ease
