Take off the front cover and clean the grill of your air conditioner with Clorox bleach. be sure to have a fan or other way to circulate the air and try not to breath in the fumes. Also wash or soak the filter if you can in the bleach.
Bleach kills mold.

Everybody is allergic to mold.
I wish I knew about air conditioning vents. The experts say you probably need an air filter, a good one. The two best are made by the Maker's Diet and Pionair air system.
