Using netstat won't give you the IP of the person you're chatting with; the only thing you'll get is the IP of the server which handles the chat messages.
I think if you establish a direct connection with someone (to share pictures or files), you MIGHT be able to find their IP through netstat. I don't know how Yahoo handles the transfers, so they could likely be proxied, in which case you get the IP of the proxy server instead of that person's IP.

A very simple way to see the ip: search on google for TCP View this programs will show to you the open ports from your pc and the ip`s that are connected, you will find there port 5168 which is from Yahoo! Messenger after that to check the ip go here: http://dnsstuff.com/tools/whois.ch?ip= and instead of enter the ip that you find.
PS: You have to to chat with that person to see he`s IP addres. Good luck

open the Dos // Command Prompt and type
netstat
then you have will get some ip address
or you have to use hacking or spy as
prorat // sup7
