Peavy - He'll get hot & start to win along w/ striking out a ton of guys. Dumping Peavy would be one of the dumbest moves in your league to date (I'd bank on that).
Lackey - He'll pitch well & strike out a few, however that team stinks offensively. Don't bank on a ton of wins from him.
Marquis - This stinkin' guy will win a few games but DESTROY the rest of your stats. There's something about Marquis this year and a 10ft pole.......

Marquis is hard to get rid of just because the Cards can score runs and give him the win, but he is going to give up runs and isn't great on K's either. Lackey is hard to get rid of, not because of the Angels scoring, but because he has 70K or so and a sub 3.5 ERA. But he may not get the win because the Angels suck. Peavy was very good last year and will get you a ton of K's. But his ERA is bad and the Padres are worse so he won't get you wins or a low ERA. The Cards have the most upside for the remainder of the year. Angels still have upside because you can't ever count Vlad out to just blow up and score runs and give the pitchers some wins. I don't think the Padres have any hope at all. I would get rid of Peavy if you don't mind giving up K's, but keeping your ERA and wins

Keep Peavy. His winning % sucks, but he is still a top 15 Pitcher for K's and his ERA is not brutal. If Peavy can get a few more wins in the 2nd half, he will be a top 100 rated player, overall.
Marquis gets wins, but all of his other numbers are brutal.
Lackey is just an avg to above avg pitcher. There are a lot of pitchers better then Lackey.
If you are looking for young guys, take a look at Zach Miner from Detroit. Not a lot of K's, but he gets wins with very low ERA and WHIP.

Dump Marquis. Peavy is one of the top five pitchers in baseball even if he isn't playing like it right now. Lackey has historically been a much better pitcher than Marquis.

Lackey. hat is a bad baseball team who is about to sell a'lot of offense. Marquis and Peavy are still going to win games and be in some sort of contention.

Marquis=wins
Lackey=K's, wins, decent ERA
Peavy=K's, ERA starting to decline, WHIP
Lose marquis, unless you desperately need wins.
