Why the suit? Have payments failed to be made by either of you? COnsidering he lives there with his new wife - will the mortgage be lapsed?
I suggest retaining a lawyer , to first deal with Citi's issue and secondly to transfer the ownership completely to him and his wife.

U need to call origanaol mortgage lender and have them check records to see if your name was removed. If not you need to find out what to do and you will have to go to court and have documents to show that you indeed have not lived there.

um why didn't you take you name off the house first of all....anyways can't change that now, talk to a lawyer there may be something you can do and if you get sue you im sure you can sue him after to pay it.
