I should like to mention that it annoys me that the governments of the world allow vehicles to be manufactured with top speeds of around 200kph. Yet no road in the world will ever allow for a top speed of more 120kph, anything more results in a hefty fine. Countries lose billions every year to driver awareness with regards to speeding, countries lose billions in medical services, man power (you name it) as a result of speeding.
And yet governments will still allow the manufacture of faster and more powerful cars, that is not my idea of intelligence.

have you ever been putting on a sweater and the necks a little tight so you have a hard time getting your head through and ya kinda freak out for a second cause it feels like your trapped and cant breath only to find out your trying to stick your head thru the sleeve ya i hate that
