Depends.... cause the scorpio is a very strong sign... likes stuff in they way, as the same time libra does.
If you guys are really in love you are going to make a balance (something about libra, loves balance) and can work out things.
Scorpio have ambition and libra is more like lay back.
Libra like to settle down, scorpio loves adventure.
Libra like to stay at home, same as scorpio.
Libra loves to travel, scorpio travels when is really necessary.
The key in libra-scorpio relationship is have a good balance, respect each other and don't play hard jokes (I'm talking about scorpio, this sign loves to play jokes on his/her partner and Libra doesn't like it that much).

Yes if the moon sign is ascending for both persons. Where is Venus on both your charts? Ideally, the man's chart should show Venus in its prime and Mars in decline. Saturn should rule at least one other planet in both charts for the relationship to work long term. A libra would do better with a Taurus though and a scorpion with a Aires.

NO!!!! I read that they are one of the worst matches and my proof of this.....WORST relationship I ever had....my ex husband a libra, me a scorpio.......it was a brutal, vindictive, painful, angry, lonely and bitter relationship.
