There are two things you can try.
*Apply a dab of lipgloss to the center of your top lip to make it appear fuller. This way the light will catch it and make it look bigger. (I got this tip off of What Not To Wear on TLC)

*Line your lips with a color that matches your lips the closest. Trace right along the outer edge of your lip line. Then fill the rest of the lip with the liner and apply a gloss to top it off. (Learned this from Ten Years Younger on TLC)

LOL-I love makeover shows!!

Good Luck!

You'll first want an awesome Lip Primer. Then outline the outside of your lip with Lip Liner. Next fill in with Lip Stick. Last put on a beautiful Lip Gloss finish! This will make you lips look fuller and natural! Try going to my website and finding a color that fits you (Virtual Makeover!) Thanks Have a Great Day!

Search your cosmetics counter or call Avon to find the many products out there that can naturally hydrate your lips causing them to appear fuller and natural. Using the right shade of gloss or lipstick can make your lips appear fuller as well.

go to ebay and look up a lip plumping gloss called *sting* it is incredible. i know it's kinda weird to buy make up from ebay but the gloss was $16 with shipping and they give you a lot. this will not be as long lasting as the ad states, but one application will generally give you about 4-5 hours of plumpiness.

Oh god, you have got to get a hold of the latest fashion mags from about January of this year or so. Everyone's manufacturing, selling and wearing these new lip plumpers. They come in all shades and colors. They are, however, more expensive than your average lip gloss but most people who wear them seem to appear more Angelina Jolie after applying them. They are pretty sexy to me but my lips are full enough so I don't care to invest in any.

without buying expensive products, after u get out of the shower, rub ur lips gently with a slightly dampened hand towel for about 20 seconds to get circulation in your lips, it will give it a tiny but of redness and a nice natural fullness

u dont need to spend a fortune, define ur lips with a definer in dark shade then apply the lip color in the middle of the lip and blend outwards. after finishing apply a slightly darker shade on the centre and blend it. finish it offf with a crystal gloss and see for urself.

You can actually use some lip liner and line a little above your natural lip line. No this does not give you plumper lips but it will definately give people the illusion.

No, I don't think so - You better think about surgery than risking your lips on dangerous products!
