True. All behavior is except for some reflexes which only have to travel as far as from the site of the stimulus to the spinal cord and back again. Some would say all behavior is determined by the movement of atoms and their particles in our brains.

True. Where else would it be controlled? Your liver? Your elbow? Well actually a small amount of unconscious behaviour is controlled in your spinal column, but is all the same thing really.
