I tried for 8 years before I gave up. Doc said we were both fine. I just figured it wasnt meant to be. I finally came to terms with the fact that I might not ever have a child. So we decided to travel some place exotic every year. We spent about a month deciding where we would go. Before I could purchase the tickets for the cruise I found out I was pregnant. My cruise is now a 27 year old son and I havent left the country yet. There really is something to "just relax". Get on an adoption list. Decide its OK to not have a baby.
Be a foster mom. If you get busy thinking and doing other things you will get pregnant. Besides, you will be miserable watching for your period every month and feeling sorry for yourself. What an awful way to spend your life.

Somtimes a couple just has something called 'unexplained infertillity' Which means, they are 100% healthy, but they can not conceive, and doctors cant figure out why. However I do not think that you have 'unexplained Infertility' I think that you are leaving some things about of your story, only because doctors do not do an IUI, (which is what you were referring to as then inserting sperm into your uterus) if they are saying that you have no issues tring to conceive. And clomid, is a medication that women that can not ovulate have to take to help them ovulate.

So, My guess is that you do have infertility problems. And if your doctor says otherwise and is still wanting to do and IUI on you, and put you on clomid, then you need to get a new doctor.

This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive. My Doctor recommended it to me and after 1 year of trying I got the book. It worked the very next month. It turns out that my timing was wrong due to mis-information. I hope it helps you, too! It's not only about getting pregnant. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

If you have had every test ran and nothing medical is apparent, there is something with a woman's body being allergic to sperm.
There is a douche you can use, mixed with real baking soda you can use prior to sex (ask your OBGYN) that will allow the sperm to get through. Sometimes it takes someone longer then others.
Maybe it isn't in God's plans for you just yet...hang in there and don't give up.

Stop worrying. If your doctor said you are fine, it will happen in God's time. I thought that I was infertile for many years as well. Pregnancy and babies are a miracle, so just keep trying. And don't be afraid to commit again and permanently to one man. Infertility is a mysterious thing. It will happen, don't be scared. Keep praying, believing and that baby will come. God bless you.

Maybe your periods arent regular, and if not then you ovualtion schedule isnt on track. If your doc. said your fine, then it may be your partners. I think that you should try to chart your ovulation and try every day during that week. If that still doesnt work then keep trying and pray. I send my best wishes out to you.
