Any tips on cheap/easy modifications that could be made to a Mazda MX-5 Turbo to get some extra HP. It is a 1.8L 4-Cyl. with a turbo and gets about 188HP at around 6500 rpm. It has a front mounted intercooler. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Make it breathe better. Flow through exhaust (or just muffler), K&N type air cleaner, plus high performance ignition wires.

Cat back exhaust system. Try www.magnaflow.com Or just go to your local muffler shop and tell them to build a larger custom system for you.
