It has Martha Plimpton ( The Goonies, Parenthood) in it and she is a bartender in a gay bar. There is guys dancing on the bar and one plops his nuts on an old guys head. She promptly screams "Hey!!! No tea-bagging in here!!!" What the hell movie is this?
