Okay you don't have to get laid or drunk to have a good time. Like Sweetdreamer said go to a amusement park or go roller skating. Or maybe go the pool with some friends. If you have a pool at your house than have a grill out and invite some friends. I turn 16 next month and I am not gonna have a party either. So that's what I am gonna do. Make sure you do something you like. As long as it's not illegal and completely wrong. The one's that said get laid and get drunk are very immature. When you get a hang over it doesn't mean your an adult it means that you were really stupid and if your parents find out there goes your whole sweet 16 year. Have fun and good luck!

For my sweet 16 I was not able to have a party either so I feel you, but instead I talked my parents into taking me and some of my good friends to an amusement park where we spent the whole day having a blast!
Also, you can look up a place you haven't eaten at before that you and all your friends can check out, and go to a chick flick afterwards

I reckon you should go clubbing.Dress up to look mature, you and your mates go on, dance and flirt, get some numbers come home and get wastered.
Wake up feeling 16 and a day old.
When you get a hangover you know you're an adult.
