The page will not display? It says i am not authorized to view this page? How can i unlock this?????????? What the hell i s this?
Is The cable companies blocking certain webpages from being viewed??

It seems to be a "fault" on the single page.
If this link is not what you want, google/yahoo "nontesterslist.com" for some other pages...

I tried to access it myself and it gave me the same message, so I doubt it has anything to do with your ISP blocking the site.

Unless you know a publicly accessible directory for the site, as it appears the home directory is not, you won't be able to access it. I would do a search on the net for the website and look for message board posts or forums related to it for more information. That's the only thing you can do, but you might be surprised at how much information a simple search will turn up.

Its something with the website and not your end. They've only authorized certain people to view the page or there is something wrong with the website.

Maybe the website is either blocked by your internetservice provider or it looks at your IP address to find out youir age. Using a proxy server might help get by. Here are some proxy servers:

1) LetMeBy.com

2)ShySurfer.com

3)iNetProxy.com

4)AOL! If you download the AOL web browser you should be good.
