I like reading fanfiction, I like running, I like playing video games. Can anyone suggest any other hobbies that I can do? No girly hobbies please.

Kayaking and white water rafting are very fun, but also expensive to start. $500
You might want to consider paintball. It is very physical, not girly, and not real expensive. You do a lot of running and other exercise. $150 will get you a gun, Mask, CO2 tank, Hopper, and tons of paint.
I love all of these and participate in them regularly.

Mountain biking is good, if you've got a hill nearby. If not just doing some challenging road biking is fun too
