The best tip you will ever get is to not use them, they are known to be even less safe than natural sun and give many people skin cancer and premature wrinkles and lines.
Is it really worth the possibility of skin cancer, and looking 60 by the time you're 35 just for a tan?????

Sunbed Tips

I used to use them but stopped because my moles started to hurt and change shape. I used to go on twice a week for twelve minutes each time, i had a nice golden tan, i would get some sunbed tanning cream if i were you. be careful, if you are really fair i wouldn't use them at all because you are at greater risk of developing skin cancer. Also using sun beds will make you look old before your time if you use them for years and years. Just use them during the summer and then stop for the winter again but be careful if you start to use them after a long period of not using because it will burn you.

First off...I am a Tanning Consultant. This is how the process should go... First week: Go about 4-5 times a week. Between 5-10 minutes in a regular bed. Second Week: 3-4 times a week. Between 10-15 min in a regular bed. Third Week: 2-3 times a week. In the next level bed for max time. Next Week 1-2 times a week. In the highest level bed for max time. Then start process all over. And always us a tanning lotion with aloe vera gel in it; this will max your tan to its potential, get an even tan, and last longer.

Using sunbeds means your skin will age far faster. Also, you are putting yourself at great risk by using them; skin cancer is the most horrible disease imaginable. You should do all you can to protect your skin - if you want a tan there are lots of great fake tans that will give you a beautiful colour.

i personally think that its stupid 2 use a sunbed - its linked 2 cancer & ages ur skin!!!

but jus do wot ud do if u were using fake tan - exfoliate well b4 going on & use a really good moisturiser afterwards, the best ive been told is palmers cocoa butter & ud prob need 2+ sessions a wk

if u want a tan though the safest way is 2 fake it

My advice is stay away from the sunbed. You may look great now, but in the future your skin will shrivel and wrinkle and you could develop cancers.

If you don't want that advice, then don't ask on here!

Definitely use a body scrub to remove dead skin from your body before, a few days is suggested and after a sun bed session.

Yes, after as well, it is useful, check my facts but I read it in UK's You Magazine as I recall.

Some after sun creams prolong tan.

Dont use them!!!They are sooo bad for you!!!Sure, use them if you want skin cancer and wrinkles!!!!!!!!!!
Fake tan is so much easier, you could get it done professionally or do it yourself, plus there are no bad side effects such as wrinkles that come with sunbeds!!!!!
