The nausea usually starts around 6 weeks but can come on as early as 4 weeks and tends to worsen over the next month or so. About half of women who get it feel complete relief by about 14 weeks. For most of the rest, it takes another month or so for the queasiness to ease up, though it may return later and come and go throughout pregnancy.

When you start getting sick every morning than it has started. Kidding aside mine was within the first month and lasted about 6 months. My second child was about the same but it only lasted a few weeks. I thought that I had the flu until the weight gain started and at four months I felt movement. When in doubt take the test, and if it's positive I pray that it's a good thing for you. Good luck and be smart.

With my first child the morning sickness started at about 4 weeks,and it was horrible.For 2 weeks I couldn't eat or drink a thing except a banana,and black cherry kool-aide.That's the whole reason I took a pregnancy test.I knew I was either dying or pregnant.

It varies with different women - some will get sick to their stomachs as soon as the sperm enters the egg (conception).
For others it is once the egg attaches itself to the wall of the uterus. And for others it is well into the first trimester (around week 7 or 8).

Nurse Annie is correct. Just wanted to mention that not everyone gets it. I had three children and was one of the lucky ones and never got morning sickness with any of them :}
