/\ if this is true how come so many of the vile scum re-offend /\
we should know were they are at all times and that should be locked up in a very small dark room or even better executed

I'm not aware of any sites which do this. However, a register is not a good idea because it will get abused and mistakes will occur. If an administration error occurred which saw an innocent person mistakenly appear on the list - or you had two people with the same name living in the same area, then some poor innocent person will suffer.
A few years ago, one of the tabloids did a name and shame, and it caused a lot of trouble. Somebody became a victim because they happened to look like one of the paedophiles.
Also, public knowledge of addresses will drive paedophiles underground, and they will become even more difficult to track.
An integrated approach is needed to deal with the problem of paedophilia. Firstly, paedophiles need to be encouraged to seek professional help BEFORE they commit a crime. Such help needs to be supportive, encouraging and non-judgemental or otherwise they won't come forward. If the paedophile doesn't respond to treatment, then the doctor might encourage them to consider voluntary castration (which according to a newspaper report has a high success rate).
In addition to providing treatment options, the sentencing could be increased a lot. For example, a paedophile who rapes a 10 year old child could be sentenced to 99 years without parole, and put in a horrible prison. The prospect of stiff sentences would protect the public, as well as provide added incentive for the paedophile to seek help.
Society needs to deal with the problems of paedophilia, but it also needs to find ways to stop it from happening in the first place. Law, order, and vigilantism cannot be used on their own.

Im sure there isnt such a site. Peodophiles wreck lives not just the direct victims but whole families and communities. we live in a society with a softly softly approach. generations ago if you were a leper you were put on an island so you couldnt harm anyone else. Thats what should happen to peodophiles. Ive had some first hand experience of them and i believe that they all reoffend if they get the opportunity.
they are masters of deception and can con anyone, in my experience even professionals who deal with them. The only way of protecting our children is to lock them away for life or leathal injection as they as human being serve no positive purpose.

No, anyone doing so would be breaking the law, and the 'sex offenders register' has been renamed the serious offenders register, and contains people who have NOT been found guilty of sex offences as well.

This is not a good idea. At the moment the police know who these people are and watch them carefully. If the public knew where they were they would change their appearance and hide. Then the police would not know what they are up to
