JOINT CARE is produced by this Australian company, Mega Products (Australia) Pty Ltd. I understand that many glucosamine supplements are derived from shellfish thus i'm wondering if JOINT CARE is vegetarian

Any name brand "Joint" medicine will be filled with fillers and extras. If you're vegan, there's no gurantee that the excipients don't include geletin or caratin.

Go to any store and find the basic supplement "Glucosamine Sulfate". It works as well as any name brand you'll find. Take one after breakfast and one with dinner until you feel better. Then take 1 a day for another month.

You'll feell like a teenager again.

You may also consider taking IBuprofin for the first week, too. It will keep mild swelling down so that the glucosamine will work more effectively.
