Go to their website, to your queue and there's a place to "Report DVD Issues", there you can indicate you send the movie back but it hasn't been removed from your queue.

I wonder if they're having problems lately, as I sent one back last week that hasn't been removed either.

Hey,
I've had the same problem before. Mine was because it was lost in the mail. If you go to their page and I believe there is a link somewhere to report DVD issues. As long as you use that form, they will receive anything you send them. Blockbuster is pretty understanding, so don't worry about them charging you. I'm a college student as well so I know how you feel. heh heh

I think they are pretty good at resolving a case like that. Once I didn't receive the movie (I thought) and reported that. They just took care of it. A few days later I got the movie so I reported it back. I called them before. There is a phone number that works. Meanwhile, I wouldn't worry. They will not charge you.

i would send them an email asking for a district managers contact info. maybe go to the nearest Blockbuster and ask the manager what to do. then when you do send in the movies just tell them if they can't hold up on their end of the bargain you won't use their services anymore

You are aware DVDs are sometimes lost in transit, right?

If you cannot afford to pay for a lost or damaged DVD you should not borrow from Blockbuster.
