I looked up "peace" in Yahoo Answers and a lot of the questions are phrased like this: "Why >can't< we have peace?" ">Should< we have peace?" "What >would< you do for peace?" "Is global peace even possible?"
I believe it is possible and that we can approach it better--we can start it now, today, June 26, 2006. The Point of Power is Always in the Present. So I want to know, what are you doing >Today< for World Peace? Let's put that concept of "Think Globally Act Locally" into action today! Tell me one simple action that you are taking or plan to take today, June 26, 2006, and make a committment to follow through. It doesn't have to be large, or complicated.. The best solutions are often the most simple ones. (Remember the butterfly effect.) How are you contributing to peace in your world today?

What am I doing today for peace? I'm starting the Peace is in the Present movement today by asking this question of you.

I start at home every morning. I have a boy and a girl. They love to argue. I have been teaching each one to walk away, or count to ten, whatever the case may be, when they feel the need to explode.
We all have to go over this at least once a day, and it all starts at home, no?

You rambling for 5 minutes is not doing anything for peace. Don't hurt your arm patting yourself on the back too hard.
