Even if Deco and Cristiano Ronaldo did play England would beat them, so I'd say wihout them England will win!! England aren't playing so well but they keep on getting the important goals and results so I see a 2-1 win for England on Saturday.

C Ronaldo may still play....but losing Deco will hurt. Not to mention 6 others playing with a Yellow already. Give the edge to England, I'm afraid.

Yes they will, Portugal still can beat England although they will play without that both star. This is about team game, not an individuals. England won against Paraguay just because of luck, Carlos Gamarra scored the gol, neither Beckham nor Owen nor Gerrard nor Lampard nor Rooney nor Crouch nor Cole (Joe) score that gol. If they are really the best team, they should win against Sweden. Portugal won all their game in the 1st round match. Scolari can do something for his team. Go Portugal Go!!!!!!

yes portugal can beat england without deco n ronaldo because the way englands playing right now may be even ghana can beat them but if ronaldo is going to play with england on saturday and PORTUGAL IS GOING TO WIN

Yes, absolutely. They still have top class players Simão, Nuno Gomes, Tiago, Viana, Boa Morte, etc. on the bench. Besides it's not certain that Cristiano won't play. And Scolari has requested FIFA to revaluate Deco's red card because it was UNFAIR (first yellow card because he had to stop a dutch player who was supposed to turn the ball to the portuguese or at least send it out and the second was also unfair, he only stood up to the provoking dutch guy).

You mean Ronaldo is so bad injured that he won't play in the match with England? Well, I think if Portugal win this match without so many footballers it would be a miracle.

Yeah ronaldo has an 80% chance of regaining strength. deco's 1st yellow is being appealed to fifa. what about the other players? the goalscorer maniche?! he;s still there. scored the winner against england in euro 2004 which prevented them from advancing!

Maybe not without Ronaldo, as he scored the winning penalty, but they certainly did it without Deco! I hope they get to the final now (against Germany).
