Babe Ruth without a doubt, he revolutionized the game, baseball wasn't that big until he came around, people started coming in droves when he started hitting home runs, one year he had hit more home runs than the entire league combined. He also played in what was called the "dead ball era", the baseballs weren't as tightly wound as they are now, and for a guy with his built he was surprisingly fast, and had a rocket for an arm. Many people agree that no matter what era he had played in he still would of hit all those homers and in all probability would have hit more.
Reggie Jackson would have to be 2nd, he hit tremendous home runs as well and was a winner, he too was fast and had a rocket for an arm when he was in his prime.
Barry Bonds has always been a very good player, but the fact is he's never one a championship, and all the home runs he's hit be it with the help of some juice or not haven't.helped his teams ever
win. This all being said with an objective point of view.....even though I've always been a Yankee fan.

Barry is the best. Though Ruth was a better pure hitter, Barry was a significantly better fielder and baserunner. Reggie Jackson is no where close to Barry or the Babe.

Barry Bonds is the best and is sure to be a future hall of famer because Babe Ruth does good with his batting, but Barry Bonds hit more homeruns than him,and is trying to hit more than 755 homeruns. Reggie Jackson is a good player and hall of famer but he hit only 563 homeruns.

Babe Ruth. He hit .340 over a career. Barry Bonds hasn't done that in one season, and Reggie only hit .300 or better one season.

k bonds just barely beats ruth, mostly because he was a great pure hitter, slugger, good fielder, and a good base stealer. he was a 5 tool guy. his godfather willie mays was another 5 tooler and even better then barry, if mays hadnt played in such a non-homer friendly stadium, he would be the one barry is trying to pass right now. babe ruth is in 2nd as he was an ok pitcher, as well as good hitter/slugger, but he didnt have to face black players or pitchers of today, like relievers, lefty specialists, etc. reggie comes in 3rd, although, talking about playoffs he would place higher because he was so clutch, thats why hes mr october.

That's easy, Babe Ruth is one of the best players in MLB, he is 3rd in homeruns and second in RBI's all time, also, he has the highest all time Slugging %. Barry Bonds is sucking right now because he is off the roids.

with out a doubt the "Babe".....compare his numbers to Bonds and especially to Aaron.....Aaron batted nearly 4000 more times to his is 755.....Bonds is something like 2000 more times at bat....at the same "clip" Ruth would have batted over 1100 homers with those extra 4000 turns at bat.....as mentioned, he was also an excellent pitcher.....hold the World Series record for scoreless pitched innings until Whitey Ford broke it.......Reggie should have not been in this "Mention"......the best or closest would have been Willie Mays.....what 668 homers with 2 years in the military?.....where would have he finished with those 2 years back.......how about Ted Williams....521 with 5 1/2 years in the military........all of this without any help except their "God given talent"........next to Ruth.....Willie is the "Man"
