Even if it isn't, aren't there like a bazillion more pressing issues that Cameron and his ilk should be considering instead?

Its just to attract votes from nationalistic people - a british bill of rights. obviously its rubbish - we have to be signed up to the human rights bill to be a member of europe so any conflict would be immediately overridden. a bad idea anyway - it would just lead to arguments over interpretation and be inflexible.

I think its an excuse to covertly reduce our civil liberties in the same way labour have been doing even further, but only in the name of common sence this time. It will start off with things like not letting paedophiles near schools, but then decent into things like making it illegal to protest outside parliment and downing street. Oops, sorry that has already happend, If only I was dreaming.
