Yes, we should be flossing everyday to remove foods that are stuck in between our teeth.

This lesssens our chances of getting cavities.

Yes, I floss once a day. It exercises the gums, and loosens food in tight places. Otherwise you'll get gingivitis.

i do. i'm just used to flossing after brushing. & besides, if i don't, it would seem i haven't brushed at all especially with food residues sticking in between my teeth.

I do. You have to get the food out that gets stuck in between your teeth. If you really think about it, it's gross to leave it there.

yes after every meal because if you don't food can get caught in the and around the gums and cause cavity's and then cost lot to repair lol sunshine
