I would definetly get vaccinated if going out of the country. Better safe then sorry. You could come back with anything.

Mostly for developed countries you don't need but still it's always you can check with your travel agent or your heath care centre.

Check with your doctor here and the from the visa office of that country who gave you the visa . they sure will tell you of local disease and vaccinations needed.

Usually you need at least hepatitis a & b, japanese encephalitis(sp?), tetnus, and maybe some others. Check the website for your country's state department.

I've never had travel shots. Each trip I've seen my doctor before and she's never recommended one.

Indonesia
Phillipines
But this is my experience, and my advise is as above, consult doctor.
