Hi there, I don't want to enter into your personal life... but I read this from your information: "Single, and looking, and looking where is he"....

You know, there are many reasons why people can't sleep... some can't sleep because too many thoughs come to their mind at night and can't get the thoughs out of their minds... other people can't sleep because they are worried about something...

Please don't get offended for what I am going to say, but something inside of me tells me that the reason you are having troubles sleeping has to do with the fact that you are looking for your true love, where is he? You haven't founded him yet...

You have probably been looking and you are tired of looking and you feel anxious at night either consciounsly or unconscoiusly... your heart is looking for someone but that someone has not appeared yet... when is your heart going to be consoled of this cross?

Just be patient, try to not think too much on where is he? That he will appear... I don't know how old are you... but that he will appear... you will see...

I wish I could know your name, I like to pray for people... I will pray for you... God knows your name...

I apologize if I offended you with this answer... I am sorry for everything... I wish you the best and I hope you can sleep at night from now on..

By the way, if your problem is that too many thoughs come to your mind at night... try thinking in your mind this: "Nothing, nothing... clear...Nothing..." repeat that constantly for 3 minutes in your mind and then just don't think on anything... for sure you will be able to sleep..

I have problems with lack of sleep too. Mine are because of chronic pain though and after 3-4 hours of sleep I'm awake. Though some nights it does take awhile to fall asleep.Things that have helped me are: keeping your bedroom cool.(an air conditioner or fan is great) Also keep the room DARK and quiet. I close the blinds and have hung up dark blue curtains to block out the light. Also don't watch TV, read, eat or doing anything but sleep in the bedroom. Try not to eat 3-4 hours before going to bed. No alcohol. And before you go to bed make a list of the things you want to get done the next day.(it'll stop you from doing that in your mind as you're trying to drift off) If all else fails you can try something like "Tylenol PM" It has a mild sleep aid and isn't addictive. Good Luck and let us know how you're doing.

Well the most simple method is drug abuse. Your second option is a doctor. Third option is by exercising and using up all of ur energy. If ur a person in an office or always infront of a computer. I would say get out some and youll see a difference.

Usually when i can't sleep, it's because i feel that there is something missing with my day. May it be a certain someone or a certain something or you may have done something different from your usual routine. Try filling up that emptiness. If you miss someone, SMS him/her. If your missing something, find it and sleep.

If all else fails... Read a long boring book. It always makes me fall asleep... hehe

Valerian tea and occasionally melatonin.
Very important for me to have a quiet place. Sometimes I will go sleep in another room if my husband is snoring or I just feel restless.

Without drugs, you may try reading a book, not an action or crime solver story.. Try counting backwards from 100 and imagine that you are stepping backwards down a long flight of steps.

Take a shower and read a poem.

Golden slumbers
kiss your eyes,
Smiles wait you
when you arise.
Sleep, pretty baby,
Do not cry,
And I will sing a lullaby.

Cares you know not,
For now you sleep,
While over you,
a watch I'll keep.
Sleep, pretty darling,
Do not cry,
And I will sing a lullaby.
