who would your customers be?
where do they get their fabrics now?
why will they want to buy from you instead? (better quality, unusual designs, lower price, reliable, quick delivery, order on the web)
would you keep fabric in stock or just be a middle man, buying from your supplier when you get an order?
if stock, how would you finance the cost of buying the stock before you sell it?
how do deal with customers who don't pay or pay late?

YES, run your own business but sort out the answers first.
