What are you talking about? Theres already outsourcing going on and most of the ones that are creating this outsourcing are the people from India.
Soon big companies will realize that customer satisfaction is more important to a company. Communication is key when it comes to servicing costumers. When a costumer cant understand what the heck the support person is talking about and if there is a language barrier, then it will turn costumers off. Big companies will realize that spending money on some BETTER sources for costumer support will be key to their business.
I hope we get rid of outsourcing.
I hate it when I'm on the phone with a tech support and they cant speak a word of english...or their accent is so bad, it just angers me more. I refuse to buy their product again if their customer support is THAT bad.

India is in fact already being used as an outscource possibility... The problem is, many of the people (especially technicians) can't adapt to clients needs. They maybe able to assemble a computer but can't speak the language... BUT! They are excellent programmers there and program designers.... So theoredically Companies benefit from these services...
I just wish we could stop... NOT because I'm racist or anything.. but unfortunately programmers in the states barely get anything now a days.. (except for high class programmers in Google, Yahoo, perhaps Microsoft)

Are they ready to provide outsourcing, or are they ready for it, as in they'll be outsourcing their work to another locatoin, like Tiawan.
Yes, and yes. But they already do #1, and no need for #2
