The states of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, U.P., Uttranchal, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, North-East, all the four southern states, Lakshadweep islands are a few to name (excuse me if I missed a few other names) offering variety of places of different interests to visit.
Match your travel with prevailing weather conditions in any particular states and have the best of them.

Besides Mumbai and Delhi, there are many places in India to visit. Depends upon personal interests.For religious interests U may visit south Indian states Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh for huge temples,for scenic beauty U can visit Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal, north eastern states and southern state Kerala. For historical important places U visit Rajasthan, Maharashtra. For watching industrial growth don't miss Gujrat and Maharashtra, Southern coastal area are also to be visited.

OMG I WOULD TOTALLY visit pune. If you go to pune you can stary in the le meridian and you can go shopping everyday for good quality things for good prices adn the food is amazing. I had to stay there for 3 months and i absolutely loved it. You can visit the really nice temples adn can drive to bambay and everything.

you have got a lot of places to visit in INDIA............ but the best options are KERALA,"THE GODS OWN COUNTRY" and GOA.... these places should defenitely enjoy you......... try it out.........
