Ganpati temple (my favorite)
Parvati temple (you have to climb!)
Museums: Raja Dinkar Kelkar museum or Tribal museum (both are awesome)
The Osho commune has stunningly beautiful meditation gardens that are open to the public every day
Great places to go shopping... There's a really incredible bookstore (I can't remember the name - Crosswords, or something? - can hang out and have coffee and linger over some really good books)
I love Pune ....
