If you have a dead mouse like in the wall of your house. Well you won't get to it unless you tear the wall apart. Other than that, you'll have to put up with the smell for a few months.

Big Stick with spike gonna be nasty but skewer it or a bendy coat hanger.
Depends where it is .
Fill area with water it might float to top.
fishing net on a cane .
hook and string.
Hope some of these help.
Don't know where the mouse is so hard to work out.

Not sure how the stuff works so could be a really bad idea, but you could drop (quick)lime on it to sterilise and disintegrate it. Depends where it is...

If you're lucky and you can pin point its exact location, then you'll only have to damage a small portion of your sheet rock.. Easy fix... not much money! :)
