Go to the ocean, or any lake, sit & meditate, close your eyes, take several deep breaths, then let all your worries wash out to sea. It frees your mind, clears your mental cobwebs & allows you to let the creativity flow again. This works w/o the ocean setting too, but I particularly like being near water :-)

Surround yourself with things and people that would motivate you and run fromthoswe that would not. Read motivational books and very importantly find a good motive for your existence, you could always draw inspiration from that any time you feel down.

I have learned from experience -- the answer is to HELP OTHERS. Reach out and get out of your own world and self-centered world.
no matter what you are trying to accomplish, the motivation dries up when life revolves only around yourself

Go over your priorities in life. Know what you real goals are. Intoxication, food, sxx are not the best objectives. Look for higher goals in life.
