Well, I do what I love and this is not just easy, but very creative and huge money source!
Thus, I would advice you to do the same: Do exactly what you love doing, this will always give you strength, pleasures and assist you to arrive to the top!
If you try to do the profession some others are doing, it will not be your will and you will soon get tired, exhausted and although others made money you might not!
Stick on what you love doing!

Nice idea of planning way ahead. Software Engineering and Marketing are the lucrative fields now-a-days.
