Season two just ended not too long ago on Fox. I'm betting there might be a season three come fall

Prison Break started in August 2005. It played in the Fall Season and the Spring Season. It has been renewed, but as with any TV show, it only lasts as long as it makes money for its owners, that means, if you like it, get your friends to watch it. Tell them to get their friends to watch it, and so on and so on.
Noone ever knows how long a show will stay on. Writing, Acting, Ratings and economics decide.

I would bet on one more before the premise wears out but its a great show
