Last time I watched it it was Drew Carey, but from what I can tell from checking it out, there's not really an official host. Drew Carey along with Ryan Stiles are executive producers on the show.

In the UK it was a lawyer by the name of Clive Anderson. Drew Cary was a regular guest on the show along with Mike McShane, John Sessions etc

The US version has Drew Carey and the UK version has Clive Anderson. But I like Clive Anderson better, his sense of humor is more dry than Drew's.
