I can interprete this question two ways, so bear with me if I give two answers.

1) To make a CD from the Limewire program...
Limewire does not make CD. It just downloads files. Once you have downloaded a file with Limewire, you would simple drag and drop it onto a CD same as any other file.

2)But what I really suspect you are asking is...
How do I make a CD from an ISO file that I downloaded using Limewire?
An ISO file is an exact image of a CD (or DVD). You need a CD burning program like Nero or Roxio. There will normally be a choice in the menu to "Make a CD from an image" (or similar wording as it varies with versions). Select that choice, browse to the ISO file, and the program will burn a CD using the ISO file.
