You will know if they're a good one by how much they charge, a good one won't charge too much, and you'll know they are a good one if they just touch you and get an idea of who you are etc. If and when you go to see one, never help them, I know that sounds mean, but that's how the bad ones rip people off. If they are good they will tell you what's wrong, they will tell you about your family etc. All you should tell them is your name, if they're any good that's all they'll need and maybe need to touch you or something of yours.

To know of they are genuine you should never have to give too much information around your situation. They should be able to see what going on with out a word. Look at their feedback and see if you feel it is real people writing real feedbak. You can tell if people are scripted, and you know that a group doesnt have your interest when they want you to get a membership, those are about the money and most time they only offer olnine, not real people to service your reading needs.
