Standing in any cloud you would get wet. Clouds are made up from condensation from rain water. It is water droplets that make the clouds in the first place.

It seems people don't read the question. It said if it were possible to stand in a rain cloud would you get wet? There are many kinds of clouds. A cloud that's raining would be a very dangerous place to be. It can be fairly cold in there. Also lightning could be a danger.Some lightning doesn't have to discharge to the earth. If there are Positive and negative electrons in the cloud it can all happen within the cloud itself.

well, it depends if the raincloud is getting condensed into water! I have had some such experience at a placed called Gangtok in Sikkim in India. In rainy season there, you would be walking in clouds, you would feel that its raining on your feet while above your waist you dont feel any wet at all! :)

Yes you can stand in a cloud, any mountaineer will tell you that ;)
And as every one else has so eloquently put it, all clouds are made of water droplets so whether it was a rain cloud or not, you would be damp at the best of times.

Helen is wright it is exactly like standing in fog thick or thin depending weather it is light fluffy cloud or a dark storm cloud.

I don't think that you will be wet that much because you are on top of the cloud so above the wetness. maybe only your feet will get wet.

Think you'd get wet if you stood in any cloud as all it is is condensed water!
As for how wet, you can't get wetter then wet!

first of all you cannot stand in cloud as it cannot sustain your weight.
