Offer a secure encrypted backup to a server. Off site storage is always an attractive feature. It also will give them a reason to keep coming back.
You just need to remember that YOU need to protect the data on your server with backups and offsite storage.
The charge would be in $/GB/month and there would need to be some kind of contract saying what happens after a specific period of time when they haven't paid.

How about selling floppies and those little USB data storage thingies? Maybe little note-pads, pens, and pencils too. Drinks might keep them in the seats longer, so maybe you could put in a soda machine and offer free coffee and/or tea to paying customers.

You could have a small "gallery" of local artists, where you get a percentage of the sale if any that you are displaying are sold.
